Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Consult with managers on hiring needs and practices
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional roles
- Support development of talent pipelines and sourcing strategies

- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and trends
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven consultative experience with hiring leaders
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for meetings
