The Opportunity
At Univeris, we believe that delivering mission-critical enterprise wealth management technology requires an uncompromising standard of talent. As we scale our international operations, the Human Resources Generalist serves as the core operational anchor of our Human Resources department and an essential evaluator of inbound talent.
Supporting a distributed workforce across Canada, Spain, and Latin America, this role balances daily operational excellence with genuine evaluative ownership. Beyond managing HR workflows, systems, and compliance,you will play an active role in candidate assessment—conducting initial screenings across all organizational levels.
This position is built for a structured, detail-oriented HR professional who excels in process execution, brings strong bilingual communication skills, and seeks a defined growth path into senior human resources management.
