District Solvent Specialist

Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Sr. District Manager, the District Solvent Specialist is a key member of our team. If you are looking for a challenging role in a team orientated environment this is the job for you!  

What you will do:

• Develop pricing for new product and service opportunities.
• Review customer pricing for competitiveness and profitability improvements.
• Support sales team with market intel.
• Support commercial leadership in the margin management process.
• Manage product recipe maintenance and new material setup.
• Assist with regional product forecasting (vendor and internal).
• Explore options for supply chain optimization.
• Assist with management of unproductive inventory (aged, damaged, expired, etc.). 

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience 
• Chemical distribution knowledge – sales, marketing, financial, procurement
• Proficiency in MS office applications
