Analyst Opportunity in Geochemistry
MSALABS
Become an Analyst in Geochemistry at MSALABS, focusing on customer sample analysis and compliance with procedural standards. Your role is vital for maintaining quality in laboratory operations. As an Analyst with MSALABS, you will process and prepare samples for analysis while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures in a global laboratory setting. Your responsibilities include data approval procedures, communication of lab issues, and upkeep of the overall safety and efficiency of the laboratory environment. Flexibility in duties and a willingness to work extended hours as needed are essential for this fast-paced role. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare samples according to SOP guidelines
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting
- Inform management of any laboratory conditions or changes
- Monitor equipment performance and report discrepancies
- Maintain professional standards and safe practices in the lab
- 0-3 years’ experience in commercial laboratory settings
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Chemistry
- Familiarity with LIMS and quality control measures
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well independently and in teams
