Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities with various logistics service providers, including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, and track shipping schedules.
* Create and manage purchase orders in the SAP MM module from purchase requisitions, and track deliveries through to goods receipt.

* Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics flows, including imports and shipments.
* Oversee import and export activities, customs clearance, Incoterms, and related documentation.
* Monitor and optimize logistics costs, lead times, and delivery performance.
* Source and select suppliers for key raw materials and supplies.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
* Conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
* Prepare reports related to supply chain activities.

Qualifications
* 4 to 8 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics.
* Practical experience in logistics, particularly in import/export, transportation, and customs clearance.
* Experience negotiating with suppliers and logistics service providers.
* Good knowledge of import/export processes, customs, and Incoterms.
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Assets
* Experience in finished goods shipping and outbound logistics in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with SAP ERP, particularly the MM module.
