Cariboo Pulp is currently recruiting for an Advanced First Aid Attendant.Reporting to the Health & Safety Coordinator, you will be a key player in promoting safety across the site.You'll DoAll aspects of first aid for 200+ employees at a timePerform audiometric testing and respirator fit testingIssue indoctrinations, hot work permits, and vessel entry gas testing as requiredMonitor vehicle traffic entering mill and parking lotsFront line communication with visitors to the millMaintain the entrance to siteOther duties as requiredYou HaveOpen work availability for this full-time shift relief positionAdvanced (level III) First Aid certificate requiredHigh commitment to safetyPositive and self-motivated attitudeWorking knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office competencyExcellent skills in all forms of communicationA valid drivers licenseThe Following Is An AssetProven first aid skillsIndustrial experienceStrong leadership abilityIndustrial Audiometric Technician certificateCompensation PackageThe hourly pay rate for this position will follow the collective agreement between Unifor 1115 and Cariboo Pulp & Paper Company.
