Drive human resources strategies as the People & Culture Director at Portfolio+ in Stouffville, ON. This hybrid role combines leadership with strategy to foster a dynamic workplace culture. In this senior role, you will partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape organizational culture and drive talent initiatives. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, performance management, and developing a strong succession pipeline. Your strategic acumen will help align people strategies with business objectives for optimal impact throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the CEO
- Lead the development of a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with Finance on workforce planning and budgeting
- Drive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
- Oversee talent management processes and programs
- 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner model
- Proven leadership in performance management and change
- Strong financial acumen in workforce planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to inspire and build trust with leadership
