Salesforce Crm Program Manager

Lead Payworks’ Salesforce CRM program through governance, delivery, and continuous evolution in a flexible office or hybrid work model.Reporting to the Director, IT Strategy & Innovation, the Manager, CRM Program leads CRM Business Analysts and coordinates technology, business, and delivery teams. You will oversee complex initiatives, communicate program information clearly, and connect project work with organizational goals. Salesforce exposure supports meaningful stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Own CRM governance, portfolio visibility, dependencies, priorities, and progressPlan, scope, and coordinate initiatives from initiation through deliveryLead, coach, and develop CRM Business AnalystsAlign stakeholders through clear program communicationsMaintain reporting, intake, documentation, risk, and decision practicesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSeven or more years managing complex technology programsProven people leadership and performance coaching experiencePortfolio management across competing timelines and constraintsStrong stakeholder communication across technical and business audiencesBring program governance, Salesforce awareness, stakeholder alignment, and people leadership to Payworks’ CRM strategy and delivery.
