Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
• Maintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24/48h
• Entry, confirmation, and management of purchase orders
• Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levels
• Identify bottlenecks in daily operations
• Design, prototype, and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications

Qualifications

• Graduate ( graduated within the last 6 months ) or currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field of study.
• Strong interest in business process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, VBA/Macros, Python, or SQL)
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated processes
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
