Supply Chain Automation Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
- Maintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24/48h
- Entry confirmation and management of purchase orders
- Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levels
- Identify bottlenecks in daily operations
- Design prototype and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications
Qualifications :
- Graduate ( graduated within the last 6 months ) or currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field of study.
- Strong interest in business process automation (e.g. RPA Power Automate VBA/Macros Python or SQL)
- Basic knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable automated processes
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
