Media Strategy Associate Director

Shape audience strategy through consumer insights, analytics, and media fluency as Planning Associate Director at PHd. Omnicom requires at least three office days weekly.
This Associate Director role connects business and marketing objectives with media recommendations for clients. You will synthesize proprietary research, large audience data, and behavioral insights into actionable strategies for media, content, and social marketing. The work combines strategic planning with analytics.

- Challenge specialists and identify media planning gaps
- Ensure accurate, client-ready work through quality control
