We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our team someone who plays a key role in delivering awesome support to both internal and external customers. This role goes beyond numbers; youll bring together your clerical administrative and accounting skills to keep operations running smoothly while handling tracking and reporting with accuracy positivity and a true FFUN attitude.

What youll be doing:

• Processing accounts payable accounts receivable and invoices Issuing cheques to vendors and handling lien payouts
• Posting daily deposits Performing general accounting tasks including posting general ledger entries account reconciliations and month-end activities
  
• Posting deals
• Posting company Visa transactions monitoring credit limits to maintain a healthy balance and performing weekly reconciliations
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements and execution of the monthly accounts payable cheque run.

What were looking for:

• Some prior experience in accounting or administrative roles
• Exceptional attention to detailaccuracy is essential in this role
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
• Proficient in Google Sheets Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
• Strong initiative and accountability to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
