Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor is the key connection between our customers and our technicians, ensuring every customer receives professional service, clear communication, and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional service experience
-Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
-Recommend required maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer recommendations and technician findings
-Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices
-Communicate repair timelines, costs, and recommendations clearly to customers
-Obtain customer approval before completing additional work
-Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
-Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure efficient workflow
-Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
-Follow up with customers regarding declined services and future maintenance needs
-Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
-Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and customer expectations
-Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service environment

Qualifications:
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-General knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
-Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
-Valid driver's license
