- Handle coaching for managers on performance-related issues
- Aid in employee terminations and related matters
- Create essential HR documentation and policies
- Support recruitment efforts and conduct onboarding processes
- Contribute to HR initiatives and training sessions
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong background in employee relations management
- Adept with Canadian employment legislation
- Critical-thinking abilities and excellent communications
- Experience with performance management and recruitment
