We are looking for a warm caring individual for our 3 daughters ages 14months, 20 months and 4 years, ideally someone who enjoys early years childcare, and enjoys doing activities with the kiddos, but above all someone who is willing to be a nurturing individual, taking care of them emotionally as well as physically while we can’t be with them. We offer a safe clean home to work in, which is located in Winnipeg’s East Fort Garry, a lovely quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to parks and nature areas. Practical needs include feeding snacks and lunches (mainly prepared by us ahead of time) napping the two youngest, as well as indoor and outdoor activities. We have a simple schedule for the girls (naps and quiet time are all at the same time) We are not looking for housekeeping per say, just sort of keeping things a in check when possible throughout the day.
