Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist About The Role
We're looking for Masters-level physicists to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models being developed by the world's leading AI research labs. Your deep understanding of physics will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems — making a tangible impact on the future of intelligent systems.
No AI experience required. If you can think rigorously and communicate clearly, you're already qualified.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, original physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logical reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate through Masters-level physics topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems improve over time
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving ability across advanced physics domains
- Able to break down complex concepts and communicate them clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning quality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async schedule
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or large language models
- Background in tutoring, teaching, or writing physics content
