Answer customer inquiries and provide rental solutions
Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups efficiently
Collaborate with Service Department for equipment maintenance
Maintain accurate inventory records and updates
Manage documentation of rental agreements and contracts

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
High school diploma is mandatory; post-secondary education preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
