Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring sales representatives in London to represent and promote the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard inside major retail locations across London! This is a people-first sales role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product in a clear, relatable way
- Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
- Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
- Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
- Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
- Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
- Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
- Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
- Flex across multiple store locations within your region

Compensation
- Base wage plus uncapped commission
- Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
- Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 10am to 8pm
- Reimbursement for mileage
