Route Sales Representative at Frito-Lay
PepsiCo Inc.
Drive sales and service as a Route Sales Representative at Frito-Lay Canada. This role focuses on developing client relationships while delivering and merchandising snack food products. As a Route Sales Representative, you will manage accounts in grocery, gas, and convenience stores. Your key role includes increasing product visibility, executing promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are expected to possess strong sales acumen and effective organizational skills to handle multiple priorities successfully. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product placement and inventory in assigned stores
- Identify customer needs through product analysis
- Drive sales volume and market share for assigned accounts
- Execute promotional campaigns and display setups
- Ensure balanced inventories and fresh product delivery
- Valid G or Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable access to a car and clean driving record
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Previous sales experience in retail or CPG
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
