Our client is seeking an outgoing, reliable, and professional Real Estate Media Specialist to join their growing team. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
This is not your typical photography or videography position. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a client -facing environment, and is excited to learn the technical side of real estate photography and videography. Professional camera experience is not required - they are prepared to train the right individual from the ground up. <\/span><\/span>

Paid training is provided at $25.00 per hour. Once training is complete, you'll transition to a per -property compensation model, giving motivated team members the opportunity to earn the equivalent of $35 -50+ per hour as their skills and efficiency grow. <\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/span>

As the Real Estate Media Specialist, you will become the face of the company during every property visit. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
Responsibilities include: <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
- Capturing photography and videography at residential and commercial properties using company -provided equipment. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Following established company shot lists, workflows, and brand standards to ensure consistent results. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Delivering an exceptional client experience by interacting professionally with real estate agents and homeowners. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Helping clients feel comfortable during each shoot through clear communication and a friendly, confident approach. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Organizing and uploading media files according to company procedures. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Safely transporting, operating, and maintaining company equipment. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Identifying opportunities to recommend additional media services and packages to clients, with performance -based earning opportunities tied to your success. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Continuously developing your technical skills through ongoing training and coaching. <\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/h2>Professional photography or videography experience is <\/span><\/span> not required. <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>Our client believes technical skills can be taught. They are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Full training and all equipment will be provided. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Physical Requirements <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h2>This is an active position requiring travel throughout Windsor and the surrounding area. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Candidates should be comfortable: <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>- Driving between multiple client locations so must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Carrying camera equipment and gear bags. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Operating a camera and gimbal for extended periods. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Standing and walking throughout multiple property shoots. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Schedule <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h2>- Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Flexible scheduling based on client appointments. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Some evenings and weekends required. <\/span><\/span>
