Professional camera experience is not required - they are prepared to train the right individual from the ground up. <\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/span>

As the Real Estate Media Specialist, you will become the face of the company during every property visit. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities include: <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

• Capturing photography and videography at residential and commercial properties using company -provided equipment. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Following established company shot lists, workflows, and brand standards to ensure consistent results. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Delivering an exceptional client experience by interacting professionally with real estate agents and homeowners. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Helping clients feel comfortable during each shoot through clear communication and a friendly, confident approach. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Organizing and uploading media files according to company procedures. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Safely transporting, operating, and maintaining company equipment. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional media services and packages to clients, with performance -based earning opportunities tied to your success. <\/span><\/span>

• Continuously developing your technical skills through ongoing training and coaching. <\/span><\/span>

    Physical Requirements <\/span><\/span>

    This is an active position requiring travel throughout Windsor and the surrounding area. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    Candidates should be comfortable: <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Driving between multiple client locations so must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Carrying camera equipment and gear bags. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Operating a camera and gimbal for extended periods. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Standing and walking throughout multiple property shoots. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Schedule <\/span><\/span>

      • Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start. <\/span><\/span>

      • Flexible scheduling based on client appointments. <\/span><\/span>
