Inside Sales Representative – Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Our client, a leader in the distribution of metal products located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their close-knit team. Responsibilities

• Respond to price inquiries and prepare detailed quotes via email and phone.


• Conduct rigorous follow-ups on submitted quotes to close sales.


• Process and enter orders into the internal computer system.


• Maintain trusting relationships with a diverse clientele (construction, food industry, manufacturing).


• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure deadlines are met.


• Perform follow-up calls to inactive clients (approximately 10-15% of the time).

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer service or inside sales (industrial sector experience is an asset).


• Mathematical logic: Comfortable with basic calculations (fractions, measurements).


• Personality: Autonomous, organized, and able to work in an environment where communication is frank and direct.


• Reliability: Excellent attendance and a desire for long-term commitment.


• Language skills: Fluency in French and functional English.
