About the role:

Reporting to the Manager Talent Development, Performance & Succession, the Advisor, Leadership Development will have the opportunity to design, deliver, and support programs that enable talent across all areas of our business. We have a solid foundation of leadership development content and are updating our programs and delivery models to better support the business. It is an exciting time to be joining the team.

This role provides guidance and expertise for corporate learning initiatives and talent strategies and works in partnership with the Site Leadership Development Advisors to deliver high quality, high gain initiatives to help support corporate goals and strategies.

If you have passion for talent development, enjoy facilitating learning programs, have experience building solutions that fit the needs of the business, and want to collaborate with like-minded individuals, we would like to meet with you.
