About the role:  

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Operations the Supervisor, Road and Spoils, AHS is responsible for the management of all dumps to ensure safe operating conditions in accordance with Geotechnical Standard Practices and Procedures. The Supervisor, Road and Spoils, AHS will also manage current and future dynamic locations and road systems within the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS). This position follows a 4x4 days and nights schedule with 12-hour shifts and is subject to change, based on operational requirements.  

To be successful, we require someone with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; a motivated self-starter who collaborates well with a team and can build strong relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. We are looking for someone with demonstrated integrity and the ability to multitask and prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced, technologically evolving environment.
