Crombie, a leading real estate investment trust in Canada, seeks a Director of Total Rewards to develop and enhance their compensation programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to create competitive total rewards strategies that align with business objectives. Your focus will be on effective reward structures, employee programs, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with Crombie’s objectives
• Design and implement continuous improvement in compensation and benefits programs
• Manage annual compensation reviews and job architecture frameworks
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis for internal equity
• Prepare reports and governance materials for executive teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 8-10+ years in total rewards with leadership experience
• Expertise in compensation strategy and market benchmarking
• Strong analytical skills to drive financial insights
• Professional designations like CCP or CPHR preferred
