JOB TYPE: Full Time, Term (Maternity Leave Coverage with Potential for Permanent)

LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta

SALARY/WAGE: $24.00-$33.00/hour

JOB SUMMARY:
The Agency is assisting Full Force Ventures in the recruitment of a full-time Ticketing Administrator to join their team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Ticketing Administrator plays a key role in managing field tickets, supporting invoicing processes, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage full-cycle field ticket tracking from receipt to invoicing
• Review and verify ticket accuracy following dispatch approval
• Enter and code tickets in Axon accounting software, including pricing and submission for approval
• Prepare and merge approved documentation for invoice submission with required backup
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rates, fuel surcharges, and price books
• Prepare and submit invoices and master invoices (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Communicate regularly with clients to meet invoicing requirements
• Provide administrative support to Dispatch and Field Managers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a high level of confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer systems
• Experience with Axon and OpenInvoice considered an asset (training available)
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
