Spark Scala Developer – Apache Spark, Scala, Hadoop & Data Engineering
Experience Required: 6–8 Years
Required Skill Sets
• Skilled Spark Scala Developer with experience developing data processing applications using Apache Spark and Scala
• Design and develop Spark applications using Scala
• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
• Proficient in Scala and Java programming
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark including:
• Spark Core
• Spark SQL
• DataFrames
• Datasets
• Familiarity with Maven for build and dependency management
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem
• Working experience with CI/CD and Helios
• Experience in writing Spring Boot Web Services and SQL queries
