we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Foreperson to join our team. You will play a central role in coordinating site logistics for a significant new project in downtown Halifax, ensuring materials, equipment, and resources flow efficiently to support our field teams.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee all site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment movement, and storage coordination
- Work closely with project managers, forepersons, and subcontractors to plan daily and weekly logistics needs
- Maintain organized laydown areas, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
- Track incoming and outgoing materials, verifying quantities and quality
- Coordinate waste removal, site cleanliness, and general site organization
- Support field teams by ensuring they have the right materials at the right time
- Enforce safety protocols related to site traffic, equipment operation, and material handling
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of construction site logistics and workflow
- Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and deliveries on active construction sites
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing site conditions
