Executive Assistant at Royal Canadian Mint

Take on a vital role as an Executive Assistant at the Royal Canadian Mint, providing support to top executives in a hybrid work environment. Your administrative skills will ensure the effective running of operations for both the VP, Human Resources, and the VP, Legal & Corporate Affairs. In this role, you will manage crucial schedules and communications for the VPs while maintaining confidentiality. With a strong foundation in administrative tasks, you’ll coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and various projects, fostering a productive work environment. Your proficiency in English and French will be essential in interacting with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage VPs’ agendas to optimize organizational efficiency
- Screen and respond to correspondence and communications
- Draft and proofread sensitive documents for meetings
- Organize logistics for meetings chaired by the VPs
- Manage travel arrangements and complete expense reports
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant
- Proficiency in English and French
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities
- Ability to work with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot
