Senior Project Manager for Data Center Development

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of data center and commercial construction projects
• Conduct risk analyses and oversee project budgeting
• Facilitate coordination among various engineering and construction teams
• Represent ownership during the construction phase
• Ensure financial and contractual compliance and manage costs
Requirements:
• 8-12+ years in commercial or industrial project management
• Successful track record in delivering high-stake projects
• Expertise in construction management methodologies
• Proficient in modern project controls platforms
• Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
