Our premier manufacturing facility is seeking dedicated General Labourers to join our high-energy, fast-paced production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, utilizing your hands-on skills and strong work ethic to keep our facility running efficiently.

Advantages
Hourly rate of $20-21/ hour
Work Site: Brantford, ON (transit accessible)
Work Type: Contract with potential for permanent employment
Schedule: Full-time. 8am-4pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, stack, and move heavy building supplies, raw materials, and completed products using material handling equipment or manual lifting techniques.
- Safely utilize hand and power tools to remove casings, forms, and hardware from finished concrete products.
- Pick, stage, wrap, and prep construction goods and materials for internal production lines or outgoing shipments.
- Clean, prep, inspect, and lubricate molds and production machinery prior to and immediately following each manufacturing cycle.

- Collaborate closely with crew members to maintain production schedules, eliminate line bottlenecks, and drive daily output goals.
- Take ownership of your assigned workstation to ensure consistent quality and continuous workflow.
- Strictly follow site safety guidelines, conduct regular quality checks, and maintain an organized, hazard-free work area.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a physcial role such as construction, landscaping, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Comfortable lifting 50lbs throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a hot or dusty environment with proper PPE.
- Able to pass a background check.
