We value, respect, and equally support applicants from these groups. **Your ‘day to day’ (Key Responsibilities)** * Build and manage relationships with key political stakeholders, including government officials, advisors, and relevant third parties, to advance regulatory and business objectives * Identify and engage influential stakeholders to shape regulatory and fiscal agendas * Monitor, analyze, and anticipate political and legislative developments to inform strategy and decision-making * Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and advocacy campaigns * Lead and develop a high-performing Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and engagement * Ensure an effective organizational set-up, optimizing resources and driving performance * Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and RBH & PMI policies and standards **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are seeking an experienced government relations leader with a proven ability to shape policy, influence stakeholders, and advance business priorities in complex, regulated environments. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in the Canadian political landscape, a track record of engaging senior government stakeholders, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective advocacy strategies.
