Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Delivery Helper. As a Delivery Helper, you will assist the driver in delivering Appliances to customers and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery truck- Safely transport goods to customers' locations- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods in a timely and professional manner- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accurate delivery- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during the delivery process- Assist with warehouse duties such as organizing inventory and preparing orders for delivery- Operate forklifts or other equipment as needed
Experience:- Previous experience in moving, warehouse, or delivery roles is preferred but not required- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
