Senior Data Architect with Databricks Skills

HCLTech is on the lookout for an accomplished Data Architect with a strong command over Databricks and Apache Spark to lead cloud modernization efforts. In this role, you'll support architectural design and optimize enterprise data solutions, ensuring they meet governance and performance standards. Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to drive innovative data strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines with PySpark
• Migrate legacy systems to Databricks architecture
• Implement Delta Lake and Medallion architecture models
• Define standards for data governance and security
• Optimize Spark jobs for performance and scalability
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Data Architecture or Engineering
• 5+ years of Databricks experience
• Proven leadership in cloud modernization projects
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with MLflow and streaming frameworks
