Data Centre Operations Account Manager Role Altona

Your role encompasses complete project management, including onboarding and overseeing hardware deployments. With over three years of experience required, you’ll act as the essential communication link between clients and engineering teams. Your leadership will drive the team’s resource planning and project executions, ensuring no detail is lost in translation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from onboarding to deployment in data centres
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams
- Perform resource planning and manage technical team
- Ensure operational processes meet client specifications
- Drive growth through enhanced client account management
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical account management or data centres
- Proficiency with power and structured cabling systems
- Expert in ITSM tools such as Jira or Zendesk
- Ability to draft Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Background in Managed Services or Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
