Auto Insurance Advisor - One Insurance Group
Become an Auto Insurance Advisor at ONE Insurance in Altona, Manitoba, where you can mix customer service with technical expertise. This role is ideal for building client relationships and delivering insurance solutions. As an Auto Advisor, your main task will be to guide clients through Autopac and Driver Licensing options while making them feel welcomed. Building strong connections with clients is essential as you provide customized insurance options and promote additional services from ONE Insurance’s diverse offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service at all times
- Handle Auto Insurance transactions quickly and professionally
- Use the Prospector Program for lead generation
- Promote auto extension products to clients
- Provide support to Personal Lines as needed
- At least one year of relevant experience in customer service or insurance
- Willingness to travel to various branches
- Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and valid driver’s license required
