SDR | Remote Cold Caller | Appointment Setter - 6-Week Trial

**SDR / Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – 6-Week Trial (International Applicants Only – NOT in US & Canada)**

**Who can apply**

This is a remote role for applicants living outside the US and Canada. You can be based in any other country, as long as your English is clear and easy to understand for North American business owners. Applicants in the US or Canada will not be considered.

**The role**

This is a part-time, 6-week trial position. It is not permanent. Setters who perform well during the trial will be offered the opportunity to move into a permanent position on our growing team.

**About us**

ReclaimedHQ works with home service companies in the US and Canada. We install an AI system that helps them turn more of the leads they already get into paying customers. We're hiring 3 remote cold callers for a 6-week trial.

**What you'll do**

* Call roofing companies in the US and Canada from a list we give you. The dialer and leads are already given to you on GoHighLevel.
* Get the owner on the phone, ask one or two simple questions, and book a 15-minute Zoom demo.
* You do not sell, explain pricing, or run the demo. Your only job is to book it.
* 140 calls per shift. 130 minimum.
* We give you the script, the objection sheet and 2 days of training.

**Hours**

* Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm Eastern Time (New York time)
* Check what that is in your time zone. US and Canada clocks change on November 1, so your local time may shift by an hour.
* Trial length: about 6 weeks

**Pay**

* CAD $25 for every demo you book that shows up
* 10% commission on the setup fee (CAD $650) for every client who signs from a demo you booked
* If a demo doesn't show, there's no pay. If it's rescheduled and shows up, you get paid the normal amount.
* This is performance-based. There is no base pay during the trial.
* Strong performers may be offered an ongoing role on a bigger team after the trial. This is not guaranteed.

**Requirements**

* Cold calling or other relevant sales experience. B2B or US/Canada accounts are a plus.
* Based outside the US and Canada
* Clear, fluent English with a light, easy-to-understand accent. North American business owners need to understand you on the first try.
* Available for the full shift, Monday to Friday
* Your own computer, a USB headset and a quiet room
* Stable internet
