We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team at a site in Vancouver until July 2027. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Schedule: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00
Payrate: $23.00/hour

Some of your responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide access control and issue passes as required.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property and grounds, on foot.
- Monitor and safeguard people, property, buildings, and equipment.
- Actively monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats.
- Serve as a first responder in emergencies, providing first aid to employees.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Report incidents to the Client Services Manager and submit detailed investigation reports.
- Valid BC Security License.
- Basic First Aid/OFA 1 certification.
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
