We are seeking a Site Lead to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Schedule : Mon - Fri 07:00 - 15:00
Payrate : $26.50/hour

Some of your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily security operations between assigned security personnel.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and site-specific training of new security personnel.
- Review and update post orders annually, and as required to reflect changes in client requirements, site operations, security risks, or regulatory obligations.
- Provide guidance and support to security personnel regarding post orders, procedures, and service expectations.
- Coordinate site spare personnel and assist with maintaining staffing continuity.
- Manage shift schedules, vacation requests, shift trades, and time-off requests in coordination with management.
- Ensure shift-to-shift communication and operational continuity.
- Review reports, logs, and documentation for completeness and consistency.
- Monitor service delivery standards and procedural compliance.
- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with designated client representatives.
- Provide operational direction and coordination during incidents, emergencies, and escalations.
- Escalate staffing concerns, operational issues, security incidents, or service-related matters to management as required.
- Conduct security guard duties as per the post orders.
- Valid BC Security License.
- Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification.
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
