Loyalty & Digital Growth Lead

The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on delivery and requires strong analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record in loyalty or CRM leadership.
The ideal candidate holds a 4‑year degree (MBA preferred) and has 8+ years of related leadership experience.
