Responsabilités :
- - Assurer des niveaux élevés de satisfaction de la clientèle en étant bien informé sur tous les produits offerts.
- - Réaliser des ventes, offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et répondre aux attentes opérationnelles.
- - Maintenir des objectifs personnels et de productivité
- - Établir un lien avec chaque client en posant des questions ouvertes pour évaluer leurs besoins.
- - Capacité à apprendre et à partager son expertise des produits et des tendances pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
- - Maintenir une connaissance de tous les produits grâce à des formations sur les produits.
- - Contribuer à la sensibilisation de la marque en aidant le gérant.e du magasin à utiliser les médias sociaux.
Qualifications :
- - 0-3 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail
- - Être confiant.e et à l'aise avec les clients pour leur offrir une expérience positive.
- - Motivé(e) à obtenir d'excellents résultats grâce à son enthousiasme au niveau de la course à pied.
- - Autonome, capable d'accomplir des tâches ou des activités avec peu de supervision.
- - Flexible de la disponibilité - y compris les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
Nous recherchons un(e) vendeur(se) d'âge mûr (non étudiant(e)) désireux(se) de travailler dans un milieu dynamique offrant des possibilités d'évolution professionnelle. Seules les candidatures sérieuses seront prises en considération.
