Associate Pastor (Youth and Young Adults)

We’re looking for a second-chair leader with a next-gen calling.
We are looking for a capable pastor who loves the next generation and can help carry the wider leadership of Fort City Church. This role will focus on youth and young adults while also contributing regularly to Sunday preaching, leadership development, staff culture, and the overall mission of the church.
Fort City Church is entering a new season, and we are looking for a seasoned pastoral leader to help us build what comes next.
This is a strategic Associate Pastor role with a focus on youth, young adults, preaching, and second-chair leadership. We are looking for someone who loves the next generation, leads with maturity, communicates well, develops leaders, and can help carry the wider mission of the church.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a building role — an opportunity to shape discipleship for students and young adults while helping strengthen Fort City for the season ahead.
