Commissioning Field Lead at SRC
Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC)
Pursue a critical role as a Commissioning Field Lead with Saskatchewan Research Council, overseeing and coordinating commissioning activities for the Rare Earth Processing Facility. Utilize your technical expertise during the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases. In this position, you will execute established commissioning plans, prepare and maintain relevant documentation, and support daily field activities. Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and vendors, you will ensure that all commissioning tasks adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the startup process. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare commissioning documentation and procedures
- Support day-to-day commissioning activities and testing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for alignment
- Identify issues and escalate to senior personnel
- Assist with troubleshooting and follow-up actions
- Diploma or degree in engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant commissioning experience
- Preferred experience in field or construction environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
