About The Role
We are growing our team and currently recruiting for Journeyman & Apprentice Welders to join our dynamic, safety-focused industrial crew in Dawson Creek, British Columbia.

- Bi-weekly pay
What You Will Be Doing
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform welding using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and MCAW techniques
- Cut, grind, drill, and stamp materials as needed
- Conduct equipment maintenance in line with company and industry standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate project progress with your supervisor
What We Are Looking For
- Journeyperson Welder certification or active Apprenticeship status
- Valid safety certifications: AWP, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, WHMIS
- Industrial or mechanical experience
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety
- Bonus: Experience operating zoom boom, skid steer, forklift, or overhead crane
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
