Rail Operations General Manager — Safety & Performance Winnipeg

A major rail network operator is seeking a General Manager for its operations in Outaouais, Canada. This role involves leading safety processes, managing department teams, and establishing operational procedures to ensure secure and effective railway operations. Candidates should have over ten years of railroad management experience, a degree in Operations or Logistics, and robust leadership skills.
Bilingual communication in French and English is required as well as familiarity with regulatory environments. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation based on experience.
