Strategic Pursuit Manager Property Buildings

Lead strategic pursuits for WSP’s Property & Buildings business across Western Canada, using capture planning and proposal development expertise. Work from any WSP office in Western Canada.As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning, capture plans, and proposals for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with business, market, regional, technical, and external partner teams to develop strategies that support sustainable growth across WSP’s markets.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic Property & Buildings pursuitsDevelop capture plans for major competitive opportunitiesAnalyze markets and competitive intelligence to strengthen win strategiesLead compliant, compelling, timely proposal development activitiesMaintain opportunity records and reporting in Oracle and business systemsRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, marketing, communications, or related disciplineEight-plus years in pursuit, capture, proposal, or business development managementExperience leading capture planning and winning pursuit strategiesUnderstanding of procurement and commercial aspects of Alternative Delivery ProjectsAdvanced communication, presentation, analytical, and creative thinking skillsBring pursuit leadership, competitive insight, and persuasive communication to WSP’s strategic Property & Buildings opportunities across Western Canada.
