Regional Property Operations Manager

HighView Partners

Lead Edmonton rental operations through financial management and team leadership across three purpose-built residential properties. Regular property presence is expected, with occasional remote work available.As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee operational and financial performance for more than 900 rental homes. You will lead a Senior Property Manager and Property Manager while strengthening processes within a growing Canadian property management business. The role combines coaching, client relationships, budgeting, leasing support, and portfolio oversight.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee three Edmonton rental communities and their performanceCoach site leaders and guide staffing decisionsDevelop budgets and review financial statements and variancesLead client presentations and financial reviewsOversee standards, inspections, vendors, and capital requirementsRequirements:
At least five years of relevant property operations experienceDemonstrated team leadership and strong financial knowledgeAbility to manage owner relationships and competing demandsActive Alberta RECA property management licenceCertified Property Manager designation is an assetApply your property operations, financial management, and leadership expertise across Edmonton’s diverse residential rental portfolio.
