Senior Growth Manager for Moroccan Diaspora
LemFi
Lead expansion efforts for LemFi as the Senior Growth Manager focusing on the Moroccan diaspora in France. This role demands travel, community engagement, and organic growth strategies. In this pivotal role with LemFi, you will spearhead initiatives to engage the Moroccan community across France and Europe. Collaborating with influencers and community leaders, you will implement user acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities also include monitoring campaign performance and establishing grassroots marketing outreach. Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to key cities in France for community events
- Develop user acquisition strategies for the Moroccan diaspora
- Manage influencer and community leader negotiations
- Execute community-driven initiatives and partnerships
- Track customer acquisition costs and performance metrics
- 5+ years in growth, marketing, or sales roles
- Proven ability to achieve measurable results
- Strong data-driven analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively
