Job Description

Join our team at Tim Hortons located on the University of Prince Edward Island campus! We're looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Food Service Worker, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. From preparing beverages and food to serving customers and maintaining a clean, organized workspace, you'll help ensure our Tim Hortons operates efficiently while delivering the quality and service our customers expect.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll prepare coffee, specialty beverages, sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards. You'll greet customers with a friendly attitude, accurately process orders through the point-of-sale system, and ensure each guest receives fast, efficient service. You'll help keep workstations stocked, maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, assist with receiving and organizing inventory, and follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Teamwork is essential, and you'll work closely with your coworkers to provide a smooth and enjoyable customer experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is considered an asset, but we're happy to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, able to multitask, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, is preferred.
