Talent Acquisition Leader: Build & Scale from Ground Up
VitalBio
VitalBio, headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the function from the ground up. You will architect scalable TA infrastructure and personally run critical searches while shaping the strategy for senior hires.
You will lead a small team, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and clinical leaders, and craft an employer brand that reflects VitalBio's mission.
