Director of Economic Development and Indigenous Partnerships

Enhance economic opportunities as the Director of Economic Development and Indigenous Partnerships. This role focuses on fostering relationships and driving initiatives important for community advancement in Canada. As a leader in this organization, you will manage initiatives at the intersection of economic development and Indigenous relations. Your experience working with Indigenous communities and various stakeholders will be essential in advancing strategic partnerships and investment projects that cater to local context and community needs. The Director will play a key role in research and insights to inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Build collaborative relationships with Indigenous partners
Develop strategies for community benefit and economic growth
Engage with stakeholders to communicate development opportunities
Conduct research on Indigenous economic development trends
Prepare strategic communications and business cases

Requirements:

At least 7 years in investment and development sectors
Deep understanding of Indigenous communities and reconciliation
Relevant degree in public administration or community development
Strong partnership development and project management abilities
Excellent advisory and communication skills

Support meaningful initiatives that provide long-lasting benefits for Indigenous communities throughout Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
